Who we are

These terms cover nulund.com and its subdomains, operated by Nulund LLC of Madison, Wisconsin. Questions: hello@nulund.com.

The site

Everything on these pages — the writing, the product designs, the names, the photographs — belongs to Nulund LLC. You’re welcome to link to anything; please don’t republish it as your own.

Shop purchases and licenses

Digital tools are sold as licenses. The tier you buy is the tier you get: a single-seat license covers one person, a team license covers up to five seats, and an enterprise license covers unlimited seats within your organization. Downloadable plans are licensed for personal and maker use. Each listing states its own tiers and pricing.

Purchased files are stamped to your name and are licensed for your personal or organizational use only — not for resale, redistribution, or transfer to any third party. Violations may result in immediate license termination and civil damages up to $150,000 per infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 504.

Payments and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details never touch our servers. Digital purchases are delivered instantly by signed download link, with a receipt and download link also sent to your email. If anything goes wrong with an order, email hello@nulund.com and a human will fix it.

No warranty

The tools and plans are provided as-is. We use every one of them ourselves and stand behind them, but we can’t promise they fit every situation, and we aren’t liable for decisions made with them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. No silent edits.
