Who we are

Nulund LLC is a two-person studio in Madison, Wisconsin. You can reach us any time at hello@nulund.com.

What this covers

This policy covers nulund.com and its subdomains: digital.nulund.com, analog.nulund.com, and shop.nulund.com. Our products that live on their own domains (for example hammerdo.com and busyishbee.com) have their own privacy policies.

What we collect

Analytics. We use PostHog, served through our own domain, to understand how the site is used: pages visited, referrers, and general device and browser information. It sets a cookie shared across the nulund.com subdomains so a visit to the shop and a visit to the portfolio count as one person. We honor your browser’s Do Not Track setting.

The contact form. If you write to us through the reach-out form, the name, email address, and message you enter are delivered to our inbox as an email. They are not stored in a database.

Shop orders. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe — your card details never touch our servers. We receive your name, email address, and what you bought so we can deliver your files and send your receipt.

Preferences. Choices like dark mode and Quiet Mode are stored in your own browser. They are settings, not tracking.

What we don't do

No advertising, no ad trackers, and we never sell or share your information with anyone. The analytics exist so two people can tell whether the things they build are useful.

Services we rely on

Vercel hosts the site. PostHog provides analytics. Stripe processes payments. Resend delivers our transactional email. Each processes only what it needs to do its job.

Your choices

Email hello@nulund.com to ask what we have about you or to have it deleted. Blocking cookies in your browser won’t break the site.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. No silent edits.
